    Refund & Return Policy

    Return Window

    • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • After this window, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

     


    Exchanges 

    • Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
    • Depending on the inspection, we may issue an exchange, full refund, or partial refund.
    • To request an exchange:
      1. Email enquiry@kuttikat.com with the subject “Exchange”.
      2. Include your order number, full name, and reason for exchange.
      3. We will provide instructions on where to send the item.
    • Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation about the status of your exchange/refund.

     


    Refunds

    • Refunds (full or partial) are determined after inspection of the returned item.
    • If approved, your refund will be issued within a few business days.
    • Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

     


     

    Partial Refunds (if applicable)

    Partial refunds may be granted for:

    • Items not in original condition
    • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
    • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

     


    Non-Returnable Items

    Some items cannot be returned, including:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Certain personal care or hygiene items

     


     

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.
    2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time to post.
    3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us directly.

     


     

    Sale Items

    Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

     


     

    Return Shipping

    • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
    • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
